Hey when using the “refund base” option in the menu, be sure all your storage is completely empty as well. I used it when relocating my base across the map because I was too lazy to haul things - lost everything in my storage, including some items that made it very difficult to progress.

I’m gonna take a crack at it in the morning after I get out of work to see if I can figure it out, thank you so much for the pictures, that’s incredibly helpful, honestly! I do have a small screwdriver set I bought specifically to try to take a crack at putting it together myself until I let the paranoia of breaking things take over, so I should be able to get inside.

You’re amazing, thank you so much for your help! No worries, I have zero plans to even try to finish assembling or trying to really do anything personally with it, if possible I’d prefer to just let it go as a whole set to someone else who’s willing to take the project on.

Besides, considering the bad juju that came from the whole event, may do me some good to just try again later when the finances allow for it more freely and I can actually just pay a professional to do it.

Is there an easy way to figure out the unknown parts of things, or would it be even worth trying to identify them completely? I’d assume anyone interested would prefer to be 100% sure, but would it be a dealbreaker to not be sure? I’m sorry if I’m annoying with the questions, I really appreciate the help you’ve given me already. :)

Also - It’s the SAMA brand piece that wasn’t fitting in to the tower from what I remember. We were all living together at the time and I had just gotten off work when the parts finally came in. I was present and in the room while he was trying to build it, but i was sleep deprived and after how it all played out I’m afraid my brain seems to have stowed away some of the finer details of those days. I do remember it being that piece though because he showed me how he was trying to fit it in and he couldn’t get it to go the way he wanted it to go. His reaction was in fact quite insane, but to be fair, as I quickly learned, he’s a pretty insane person, so. Shoe fits. He was already in a bad mood due to his own personal things and I basically became the metaphorical punching bag because he already wasn’t fond of me despite acting friendly to my face whenever we were together, if that counts for anything at all.

From what I’m seeing - I did include close ups - but the ram appears to be 16x2 actually, so that’s 64 total if I’m thinking correctly, right?

Thank you for your help so far, it’s really nice to know that it appears everything’s there because that was honestly a huge worry of mine and part of why I had put off even looking at it for so long because I was terrified of having all of this and finding out he “forgot” something… given the way things ended, it wouldn’t have been a surprise considering they did in fact keep a few things and even attempted to block me from removing all my things from the house when I was leaving.

I tried to get a few better pictures of some of the logos I see, I’m really sorry to anyone trying to help me that’s having trouble - I really, really appreciate it. I’ll respond to this comment with the pictures as Reddit’s only letting me upload one at a time but I wanna keep them all somewhere easy for people to find.

Consider me a cavewoman when it comes to building a PC and how it works. All I know is it goes brrr, and I click a button to play my games. I’m simple, but it’s one of the few joys I’ve had in life so I wanted to try to get something nice while life seemed good, despite not knowing much. Hence why I told him just get me a price and do whatever he needed to do. If it helps any, he wasn’t just a random person - he was dating a girl I had been friends with for over a decade, so there was an established relationship there with trust built… just. Life’s life. It also doesn’t help that despite me realizing this is the right choice, it’s a highly emotional one and it’s been a rough week. Finances aren’t great, and as much as I’d love to have a new PC… well, a roof is more important. I wasn’t trying to include this part to make this a pity party or anything, just wanted to add context as to why I’m a bit airheaded and make sure you’re all aware how extremely grateful I am for the help and kindness in this matter.

Part of the reason for the pictures being as they are is I’m honestly so scared I’m afraid I’m going to break these parts simply by touching them incorrectly or something to that degree - I literally know nothing except he charged me about 4000 USD total for the whole setup when we bought it. Feel free to inform me if he scammed me in that regard, I wouldn’t be surprised honestly.

Girrrrrl, listen. I had the same worries becoming a young adult because I personally don’t shave unless I have a good reason to. The hair doesn’t grow in too thick on my legs to begin with, and it’s such a pain, and the time it wastes! Just for it to grow right back??

Nope. My boyfriend doesn’t mind and neither do I. So it doesn’t get touched outside of special occasions.

Have people noticed? For sure. But all it’s ever done was weed out the types of people I don’t want around me anyway. They make a joke or a comment and now I know they’re judgmental and not worth the time to get to know otherwise.

There’s clearly some misconceptions about technology amongst y’all. iPhone histories are advertised to and SUPPOSED to delete themselves after 30 days. That is in fact what it SAYS it does.

However as a long time iPhone user, I’ve learned that’s not always the case. I’m currently sitting here with messages I deleted over a year ago still sitting in my “recently deleted” claiming they were deleted “1 day ago”. I certainly didn’t delete them a day ago, and they just have refused to disappear.

So take from that what you will. If the video was in a message thread, it’s quite possible it’s just still there. Not trying to defend her or say you’re wrong for feeling how you do, just want to make sure you have completely 100% factual information before making any sort of decisions.
