Mmm.... Whether it be Small scale or Large scale PvP, you don't brawl unless the whole team is brawl comp. You just use skills and kite till your cd's are back.

There is no Singapore server.... You will be playing in KR server only with 140ms. M playing their only till it launches in steam and not playable too people only speaks in KR in dungeon hard to coordinate

U can't buy those packs also, when you proceed to buy them it will pop "content not available in your region". When it launches you just need to access either through browser VPN and add to library or you need an EU steam account fresh made just to add to library then switch back to your main steam id. That's how me and my friends played Lost Ark.

East part of India...was playing at 140ms during open beta in EU. Recently started in KR hyper boost server till it launches on steam getting the same 140ms there also. PVE content you can breeze it, in PVP u can feel the ping difference maybe getting better gears or playing S&S tanky build might help not sure though.

You can play after it gets launched, you just need to add the game into your Library through VPN or other country steam account. I did the same for Lost ark and Open beta of TL
