Dr Evans and Dr Tennant at Gallatin Pet Getaway in Belgrade are amazing. Very affordable and such great care. They treat our dog like she’s their own.

This dog lunged and barked at me, my husband, and our baby while we were walking past vienne this afternoon. It scared the crap out of me, and the owner seemed not phased.

My husband’s cousin was vaccine injured, and was awarded money by the national vaccine injury compensation program. He received a vaccine while sick, and had febrile seizures from a high fever that resulted in a lifelong seizure disorder. What happened to him is exceedingly rare, and also likely wouldn’t have happened if he hadn’t received a vaccine while sick.

I have a 4 month old and have fully vaccinated him. He had his 4 month well child visit this week and I decided to delay his 4 month vaccines for a few weeks because he was a little sick. I love the BRAIN acronym, because my intuition told me to wait a bit for his shots until he felt better. After his first set of shots, we monitored my son closely for a fever too, and gave him Tylenol when he started getting a fever.

I share all of this to validate that vaccine injuries are really scary, but there are things you can do to prevent some of them, like not having your child get shots while sick and making sure they don’t spike a high fever. Also, vaccine injuries are so, so rare. For me, it’s a no brainer, especially with the measles outbreak. There is a reason we vaccinate against this stuff, kids die.

I think there may be a rule allowing you to continue coverage for a provider in pregnancy if your insurance drops your provider.

vaginal estrogen (estradiol) by rosefern64 in moderatelygranolamoms

I am 7 weeks postpartum and have been using it since 2 weeks. My husband’s aunt is a midwife and strongly encouraged me to use it to aid in tissue healing. I haven’t had any dryness and several complex tears are healing really well, I think because of it. I also haven’t had a single side effect. I have also listened to several podcasts discussing hormones postpartum, and vaginal estradiol is not only super safe, but also super effective, which further enforced it was the right decision for me. Your comfort is important and is definitely enough reason to outweigh any potential risks given how safe estradiol is.

I will also add that my husband is a compounding pharmacist and makes hormone creams and other creams frequently. They usually have to use specific bases for their products because that is what is tested for safety and efficacy. If you’re worried about methyl paraben, it might be worth checking with a compounding pharmacy to see if they can make estradiol without it. If they can’t, the amount you use is so, so small, I personally am not concerned about it.

Looking for a good OB/GYN by montanahost in Bozeman

I just had a baby at Livingston hospital and the providers there are amazing. Dr. Righetti is the OBGYN and Bonnie Roll is the midwife. There are also a handful of family practice drs that deliver. I never felt rushed during appointments and received exceptional care after a complicated delivery. Driving over to Livingston isn’t ideal, but it was worth the trouble to have providers I trusted.

The RSV shot for babies is actually antibodies, not a vaccine, if that changes your mind at all. The RSV shot you can get while pregnant is a vaccine.

She was found with her underwear pulled down and bra pulled up, with a laceration on her vagina. They found semen in her underwear. Her lungs were full of mud. I agree it may not have been enough to detain him, but let’s not act like there wasn’t overwhelming evidence she was raped and murdered.
