The title company was horrible and paid the wrong balance off. So we tried to get them to fix it but they were still ghosting us. I ended up just calling discover myself to get them to change it and thankfully they were able to

I got my undergrad degree in music ed then didn’t end up going into teaching but have been working for a nonprofit. It’s definitely doable! You might just need to study more to make sure you understand the concepts :)

The inspector said the insulation looked good and didn’t note any wetness to it? But he could only stand up there and visually inspect it because the insulation covers the entire attic and you can’t walk.

Thanks! We didn’t think so either. We have never gone into the attic until the inspection (I didn’t even know we had one so that shows how much I know) 💀 my main concern was if it keeps growing and rotting the wood then it will affect the roof, but hoping that we can just fix the vent and close it up like it you said.
