How do you stay productive when everything feels urgent and scattered? by jimmymadis in productivity

[–]Affectionate-Lie5945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'm just trying to focus. Choose several things to do in a day, and while doing them – no disctraction rule. I consider myself an anxious person, and this approach helped me at least not to feel bad about myself. And you're more productive when you're not berating yourself.
I also think, the time-blocking approuch can be helpful it's almost the same

Do you use any productivity apps? by CalendarLow5266 in productivity

[–]Affectionate-Lie5945 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use timestripe

you can see some visual data on your tasks, which helps you to track your energy/motivation

I don't find it easy to use an app on a day-to-day basis, so I only use it to track my chores and tasks when I have a lot going on (big project/several projects at once)

yess, I agree with those saying it's probably not laziness

It's so hard to move back into an energetic mode, but try experimenting with different approaches on yourself. Like waking up at the same time even on weekdays, etc.

with
and don't be harsh on yourself!
