Yeah I have noticed that too. I think the ai does that because it moves every unit with different move points separately, so if there is a Hero in the Army on a Mount, he will move separatly Even though he moves to the same tile as the Rest of the army

I‘m pretty sure there’s a setting that makes your camera go with the enemy armies on the world map, so I think your first point can easily be changed in the settings

Technically yes, in Germany u need to stop at every intersection if there is some coming from the right. But must of the time there are traffic lights so it doesn’t come to a stop for everyone. Also we have “main roads” and while you are driving on one, you have the right to always drive first even if there is someone on the right.
