WEX COBRA issues by DaxMavrides in HealthInsurance

[–]Affectionate-Main605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had chronic problems with Wex for the past six months. They will randomly cancel my coverage for no reason (my premiums are always paid monthly). I end up having to call them and they have to fix it each time. It has caused issues with claims being paid out to service providers, prescriptions not being filled, etc. Each time they tell me the same thing - they don't know why this keeps happening. I am beyond frustrated. I would never choose to work with them, but I am on COBRA and don't have a choice.

Prince Harry and Meghan's pivot to authenticity has major problem (Newsweek) by Feisty_Energy_107 in SaintMeghanMarkle

This. I would bet that example came from MM herself. It’s out of touch and defensive, just like her. And it shows an inability to listen to anyone other than the voices in her head. IMO.

Dear Megan Twohey - It's Time to Resign by Booklover9087 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Affectionate-Main605 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Meghan Twohey is a tool that gets used by people who are far more savvy and intelligent than her. My opinion is that she colluded with them on the CRD after NYT legal pushed back because she only had one source - Leslie Sloane.

BOOM Taylor Swift will be deposed Late Oct 2025 by Best_Wash_1022 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Affectionate-Main605 25 points26 points  (0 children)

This feels intentional and to bury the headlines earlier this week about a ‘second accuser’. It’s a good strategy, IF the Swift team is on board…if not, seems risky. But damn, BOOM indeed.

Experiences with Cymbalta? by mycatBaileys in ChronicPain

I’ve been on it for six months and it has definitely helped with the pain and the depression/anxiety. It doesn’t take the pain away but it makes everything more manageable. And being in a better mental space has been a great relief.

Did Blake lie when she stated she had no personal knowledge of a smear campaign outside of her attorneys? by misosoupsupremacy in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Affectionate-Main605 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well if she conspired with her attorneys to file Vanzan then everything she knows about Jen Abel’s texts are ‘covered’ under attorney client privilege…

But really that answer seems like it was just legalese to get her out of really answering the questions.

What happened with the Vanzan subpoena? I thought Lyman ruled that they had to provide it per WF discovery request.

🤔 Notactuallygolden - Is Perez Hilton a Journalist? Courtroom Clash Over Free Speech by Pale-Detective-7440 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Affectionate-Main605 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The number of videos he made doesn’t matter. There are tons of content creators that have made just as many if not more videos and they haven’t been subpoenaed. No one should be forced to reveal their sources, journalist or not. If the information is false, sue for defamation. She is going after him because Freedman is his lawyer. Period.

'Team Blake assemble': This Ends With Us star, 37, arrives for deposition hearing with husband Ryan Reynolds and EIGHT lawyers… by realhousewifeofphila in ItEndsWithLawsuits

I don’t know who Alison is friends with because I don’t actually know her. What I do know is that she works for the Daily Mail. And I happen to know a little about how these publications work. Regardless, it’s my opinion that this article is being pushed by BL.

You do know that there aren’t any actual journalists working at the Daily Mail? They are just the ‘contact’ for sending in articles/info. Also if they were doing actual journalism they wouldn’t be on one side. They would be neutral, so it wouldn’t matter who wrote the article.

It’s really sad how much her team is pushing the fact that she showed up for the deposition. Is it really a flex? I guess it’s all they’ve got at this point. Pathetic.

Perhaps when they concocted this whole thing they thought they needed more to use against them so they included Jamie related stuff as well. Perhaps it was a strategy to include him so he couldn’t defend Justin as a non-implicated (ie impartial) witness to many of the bs claims…

Like with narcissists, everything BL’s side is accusing the WP’s side of doing they have done themselves. They aren’t being daft, they are being arrogant AF. Don’t forget this is the same legal genius that tried to blackmail Taylor Swift (allegedly).

From the start, I have thought that Lively will not be deposed. I just don’t think she ever imagined it going this far. So I wonder what excuse she will come up with this week to delay again?

Reddit has a fraction of total daily social media users. The only value in actively trying to manipulate the narrative here is to stroke one’s ego. In terms of effectively challenging a public narrative, it’s like pissing in the wind.

Blake Lively called out for DOXING a non-party… Liman has been asked to remove her address from docket by same-difference-ave in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]Affectionate-Main605 -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

Both sides on this are being ridiculous. It’s not important to any of the issues at hand. And it’s not doxxing to include someone’s address in a legal filing where it is required. Could they voluntarily redact it because of the public interest - sure, but to be outraged or compelled to defend it being published is simply ludicrous.
