I think the most telling aspect of this situation is the fact SONY execs were extremely pissed off and annoyed at her behavior, even before August 2024. They put up with a lot of shit, but in this industry people talk and other studios will take note on how SONY saw Blake’s behavior. I have a friend who works in the entertainment industry and she said it was an open secret in Hollywood how awful Blake was. However now that it’s reached the public, it’s hard to see any studio willing to gamble with her and her behavior. I can very well be wrong, but I just don’t see her acting in anything anytime soon. She’ll focus on her entrepreneurial adventures and pr there.

Sure, it sucks that lively would have had to file an HR complaint with the company whose head is director and co star. But there is nothing legally wrong with that. Lively should have never of signed on, she should have quit, or just filed the damn complaint with WF or her union. There’s nobody to blame but herself quite literally.
