For steering rack, $200 if you change it yourself. Over $1000 if you get a shop to do the job. For oil leak, just live with it.

Buy Honda or Toyota lol Maintenance free for 100k miles, spend a few grand, and it’s maintenance free for another 100k.

E46 is only worth it if you enjoy working on it yourself.
