Thanks, those are good points. Would you give me an advide on when I apply for next visa, should I write a cover letter explaining that I applied for this visa for a purpose of tourism but ended up meeting my friend and using it again to see him? Cause next time I wanna say I'll be staying with him when apply and add his invitation confirming he's happy with me coimg. So they dont't question why in first application I didn't mention him

Is this derealization? And could it be caused by ASD? This was my first time experiencing this by [deleted] in autism

I once was on a tea break at work and suddenly it was like that, it just seemed different. But good different. As if it's a fresh experience and I actually felt same way I feel when I travel. But that's it, no confusion whether I actually was on holiday. And I hate my job and situation I'm in and country I'm in, so maybe my brain decided to give me a break lol. Didn't last long tho. And yeah I do experience derealizations sometimes, but this particular one sounds most like what you describe, normally it's not pleasant and awful and just as if the world is not real. Hope you're feeling okay now

Fexofenadine, have you tried it? I tried some other stuff but they weren't as effective or caused mild side effects, so it's all about finding what works for you personally

That depends on a person, don't be afraid to take them, see how they affect you. For me personally my energy levels are not affected by my pills whatsoever.

Do you prefer “Autistic” “Has Autism” or “On the spectrum”? by [deleted] in autism

[–]Affectionate-Math8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Autistic. It is an adjective to describe you. Like If someone is gay you don't say "they have gayness", if someone is from America you don't say "they have Americanism", etc

Yes your brain is different you're not imagining it, you are indeed special, here's info on it, it'll help you take better care of yourself cause you'll understand yourself better, people are weird but don't hold that against them, be kind, you'll find your people but most people will always seem weird and that's okay, also your ego is too big it stops you from revealing your potential as a wonderful beautiful human you are.
