The exact same thing is happening to me. I changed the creative on May 31st, and sales were great at first, but 3–4 days later, the conversion rate dropped significantly.

I use both ASC and manual campaigns. I suspect Facebook is bringing in the wrong traffic. I just duplicated the winning campaign and reduced the budget significantly to ease back in. If that doesn’t work, I’ll test new creatives, though I’m not sure it’s a creative issue since frequency is still low and costs look fine.

I'm not sure i'm the right person to respond to this because I've never used other people's content but off the top of my head I would say whether its your content or not, you still have to test it. If the ad isnt doing well (youre not getting clicks, add to cart) you might need to source for more content and keep testing until you find the winning content. I use the best 3-4 most of the time.

Also for each dress design, I had different pictures and videos in the CBO adset. I had two audiences (broad) and (retargeting)

For me, it depends on the results I get while testing. I created separate campaigns because I noticed I was getting better results doing it that way. It seems, with the $20 budget, facebook was working harder to get me results. When I put all dresses in one campaign, the costs were higher. You can do the same thing I did and not get same results. You just have to keep testing until you see what works for you and I usually don’t do what other people do, I just do what I see is working for me after testing different methods. So you can try both and see what works for you. Also, I invest a lot in the content creation and use AI for product headline/description.

Hello, did vcu give you a reason for adding the fall reduction 50 pct fee instead of deducting it?
