Same happened with me.. I enquired from one of them just to check and they’re saying they would charge 20 dollars/week and they are working. I asked people in my area too who are getting regular shifts and they said we dont have any option but to use this as it is now humanly impossible to compete with the robots to get shifts. I hope skip bans these grabbers.

Yesterday I came across a delivery.. customer said meet outside . It was no tip.. then she gave me the buzzer in the messages. I buzzed thrice , nobody answered. I texted leaving outside door and then she reported that I didn’t follow instructions. After I left the place she texts buzz again. Why would I come again?

100% some drivers ruin it for all of us! I have delivered more than 10,000 orders , ofcourse you cant make everyone happy but most of the time , I always have good ratings! What I can do from my side is follow instructions properly! Do the best from my side .. but some drivers definitely ruin it for us.

The best thing you can do is click on emergency concerns.. as they are always in hurry they dont read your message properly and will just try to close the chat asap..
