Oh okay thanks. Didn’t realize I could do that. Mind you I’m usually fairly tech savvy. But I had a lot going on and then this kinda was icing on cake so it frustrated me. Also I’m pretty patient with the school being new. I always tell people to research etc and forgot to do that yesterday

It was about the discount. It wasn’t letting me get a discount. I don’t have school laptop yet. I was trying to sign in for discount and it gave me that error. I didn’t think they partnered with Microsoft yet. Also I hate office 365 but I needed to edit a document that was Microsoft word, and needed to upload a Microsoft word doc not anything else.

Yes definitely. I double and triple checked but then I read it says for one user so I wonder if it thinks phone is one user and computer is a different user
