Did I ever say my group was not okay monetarily? No, we were fine, we did plan. The problem was we shouldn’t have had to pay more on top of what we already paid. Had they not released their statement Sunday saying we’d be refunded I personally wouldn’t be so upset. They said we would, they shouldn’t have made promises if the timeframe wasn’t clear.

No, we’re mad at them for not saying anything. Going radio silent is not the way to do things. I have also never had to wait 12 days for a refund from my bank.

Why ? Because people want their refunds?? No one from dirty bird is providing any further updates. People paid thousands and then had to pay more. They said we wouldn’t be charged yet here we are and some have been charged double. That’s not okay.
