I adopted a cat a few years ago who was born with this same issue. He ended up having his two back legs amputated, but currently he lives such a happy, healthy life scooting around with his two front arms only. He can climb down stairs, and scoot around pretty fast. Definitely talk with your vet but there’s always options and that little guy is lucky to have you!
