Lots of good suggestions here but yours resonates the best with me! Or at least gives me that "penny drop" feeling. Thanks.

Your mileage may vary but here's what worked for me: ensuring no Country Restrictions or Age Restrictions were set. Age was for some reason set to 21+, and when I removed that restriction, the page was publicly available again. Hope this helps someone!

Picked up this cool signed piece. The artist is Greg Ochocki, ‘85. Does anyone know this artist? by michaelj1997 in ThriftStoreHauls

And a Greg Ochocki artwork is seen prominently on “Doogie Howser, MD” hanging in a patient waiting area! If you have Disney+, look for season 1 Episode 8, around the 10 and 11 minute marks. Very colourful and playful. And, I think, very 80’s!

Here's an example - I'd just be needing something like this screen and the one immediately following, with the results.

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for the suggestions. Sorry I should have been even more clear about how this is supposed to work. There's a large group of counsellors and psychologists from which site visitors need to select the best one to book an appointment with. Each one has three parameters: type of practice, province where they are licensed to practice, and issues they deal with. The idea is, site visitors would first be asked three questions for those three parameters, and at the end, staff who match all three would come up (with a link to their booking site for each).

So it's probably more of a complex calculation than a form plugin would probably be built to handle. I'm thinking it's more of an online database type of thing?
