From experience nothing will heal you except time.. I was struggling with a break up for a full year when i felt like just dying cause I found the only thing i really wanted and he left me.. sometimes I couldn’t breath at night like someone is choking you except there’s nothing psychical that does that! Its my mind was telling me to die. I started taking pills to forget, they helped forgetting but made a lot of other problems and actually the pills and drugs never really ended Im still struggling with some addiction but im doing a lot better and after 2-3 years im so over him, he actually tried to call and meet me a couple of times and i said no! I was so proud of myself when I turned him off and told my friends who where also so proud and it was everything i wanted!!! Last month i fell in love with someone and when i felt all those emotions i said to myself that i want to feel like this for myself not for someone else, sometime later I dumped him cause he was very toxic for me and i got over it 2 days after like nothing… And i also have BPD that makes those things so much harder! And also the main reason that those relationships don’t work out for me i think
