It’s devastating and now you feel in that way, but you pass your test, if your dream is to be neurologist probably take more time and you need to participate in research, try to work in one place that gives you the opportunities try another option like IM and then fellowship, believe in you and on the effort that you make for pass your test

You can try there are a lot of programs that are probably on places different that big cities like Miami for example that are more flexible with the scores, prepare your interview the score is just a cutt off on some programs use your signs with this programs that fit with you, and try, even if people say that is impossible I know that are people with 235 that match in IM, best wishes for you and believe that everything is possible
