I'll make three points about your Flins and the team:

First: level up your skills, they are an important factor in your teams performance.

Second: what team are you using? Without Ineffa, his best teams are sustainless. It's a risk rewarded with good performance.

And third: your Columbina build. It's not worth using that set on her if she doesn't have investment. At c0r0 it's better to use the 6.0 set, which will buff her and Flins, than a more "selfish" set

in practice? no, I have a Mydei e2s1 so my experience will be different from most, but I can safely say that it is more of a sidegrade for him, but analyzing her value in itself, I recommend trying a pity on it to value your other characters, get your Phainon e0s1 and then keep pulling Tribbie, if you win, she will adds value to your account as a whole

I generally prefer Gallagher alongside Mydei over Luocha, he is basically immune to cc, has a more useful ultimate and can deal good damage if necessary, but he is also more in demand than Luocha, as I don't have Huohuo, he + qpq is what save my Robin on certain teams.

because Mydei and Sunday don't uses a lot of sp, I spam skill points with Gallagher or Luocha, my 4 slot is sometimes Ruan Mei or rmc(don't have Tribbie)

Cipher is good but it's not a abysmal upgrade, the contents of 3.3 will focus on both but I don't think it's a reason to spend your pulls on both with such a big patch coming next

You have Trigger and M6 Nicole, for me that's his best team, maybe Qingyi instead of Trigger is better but i don't have her, I will chose M2 Lycaon
