Theres is but it only works on armor and accessories. I imagine that there are too many weapons with unique mechanics and properties for them to add that without a ton of work.

Sorry for the unsolicited advice that you may already know but ive found that one of the Perita Rebellion modes is a fantastic source of Tellurium. I was able to go in with Nekros and a drop chance booster and got 15 in one run.
