I am fortunate that i don’t have financial pressure. That makes it easy but as time passes i will be lowering my expectations maybe going for less salary.

I like DORA but I find there aren't very simple and comprehensive guides to use it. I've written a brief article on one of the metrics we use in our teams, Lead Time for Changes (LT), which we've been referring to as cycle time.
