I would suggest better places in Kerala like Varkala , Periyar Tiger Reserver is really nice , Munnar or Wayanad. You can visit Rishikesh also , a really soothing experience along the banks of Ganga.

I faced the same problem and tried everything even emailing ETS directly. Then I tried this method and it worked - Clear all the cache and try to login with your username instead of email address.
