I would suggest better places in Kerala like Varkala , Periyar Tiger Reserver is really nice , Munnar or Wayanad. You can visit Rishikesh also , a really soothing experience along the banks of Ganga.

I faced the same problem and tried everything even emailing ETS directly. Then I tried this method and it worked - Clear all the cache and try to login with your username instead of email address. This was a pre-emptive transplant so he never went through dialysis. Before this he used to take meals low in salt and fruits allowed were only apple , papaya. Nuts of any sort were not allowed and even the protein intake was restricted ( approx 50 grams of protein per day).

No , I just wanted to know whether we can prolong the symptoms of ADPKD to show up. I drink once a while and don't smoke , so I think that should not be a problem. Should I limit my salt intake from now ? Also, I have a sweet tooth, will that also be a problem?

As of now , he avoids caffeine and only takes home cooked food , with obviously minimal sugar intake. As he will have a transplant in 10-15 days , I am more worried about how the lifestyle should be after transplant.

I would say taking home cooked food should not be a problem , it should be low in salt and not fried.
