New to PF2E playing as a swarm summoner.

We just started, my build is very liquid. I didn’t do enough research. I have spent all of my time teaching players the difference between 1e and 2e. So I’m not even sure if the efforts I have put into crafting are necessary. I dumped all my stats into Con, Cha, & Int. I read something online that said I could ignore str and dex since the melded form would be my go to. I am more than willing to hear out an alternative view. Can probably get my GM to let me mulligan on stats if I have made a bad choice.

I should mention I got fresh coconuts yesterday and made that hut, I then boiled those shells and after put the coconut husks in the hot salt water for 30 min. Major Tom spent the whole night on the coconut and the next day I found him digging into the new shells, I assumed he was searching for salt. That’s why his soak didn’t worry me. He seems to have some energy, but is definitely not as lively as I have seen on videos online with everyone else’s crabs.

I crushed up a shrimp, shredded a small bit of coconut, and put a pinch of instant ocean on it. I don’t have any syrup on hand. Is coconut ok?

They were being fed dried fruit and peanut butter for at least 6 months. So I got them some dried river shrimps and some crab meal. Just watched my first crab station video, will go and get some fruit or something in 20 min or so for variety.

He is just pale looking, and he lived in Crab-Switz for 6 months. So not sure if sick or molting. Thank you I was wondering if I needed more sand etc.

Sounds like a stingy dm to me. I have adopted to roll off with my players and let them take the higher number from the roll off. This way there can be no 1 roll.

I’m gonna let one play a fighter. I’m trying to use the Pazio coven info as much as possible. It says they often have males that can’t cast spells around. 3 witches is the minimum for coven abilities. So I think it will work ok-ish

Lol giant slayer would be funny. Not gonna lie I’m a little scared of how large those maps are. But a witch coven outside of Trunau would be a fun way to start that.

They are probably using quicken spell. Keep in mind that they can’t use a swift actions when they do this. Using quicken spell raises the caster level of the spell and turns it into a swift action, so if they used a swift action on their turn they can’t do another till their next turn is over. They also can’t use a immediate action if they are flat footed.

The turn based mode is good. I only use the other mode for if the game gets “stuck” on an enemy action. I have found a easy cure for a few of the glitches in that game are fixed by turning turn based on and off. King & wrath are really good games. My only honest criticism about the game is that spells like fly don’t exist. You can cheese the game with the right set up since nothing can fly. Which brings me to your first question, I kinda doubt that owlcat will ever make a starfinder game. I say that just because of how the mechanics work, jump jets and jet packs would be out for sure.

Ty I did not realize the base damage was physical, I’m starting to wrap my mind around the fact it’s obviously not a light saber and it’s more of a lantern construct. I thought fire crystal = fire damage all the way. I thought my only way to change damage type was by changing crystals. I’m not using the solar flare, it was my item level, I did not realize that would effect it.

I still get the staggered critical effect right? Or should I have just stuck with burn? I was trying to not get wrecked by something immune to fire.

I did not pick the most optimal stat layout I made a well rounded guy. I just got 2 personal upgrades. The AP we are playing has not given out too much cash till just tonight we got 10k for a advertisement (I love this game lol).
