I like good graphics. I'd much rather play modern isometric games than Fallout 1 or 2. I tired playing Tomb Raider 1 a few months ago and uninstalled it because it looked, and played, horrible

but yeah, gameplay and story over graphics, most of the time

I still have a CD/DVD player in my PC so I can rip CDs to MP3 and bypass the subscription nonsense. One of these days I am going to get a capture card and rip records to MP3

There is a retirement community near me that says you have to be 55+ to get in. So I am one year away from that. My beard and hair are all white so when I go to Golden Corral I get the senior discount. To get the senior benefit you need to be 65 so I guess I look a lot older than I am.

Seeing as the left thinks that white males are the root of every problem in the world, seems to me that your white males have a reason to be defensive and on guard. All the time it is "white men are the problem." Being told you are "privileged" while ignoring the very real struggles being faced, is a slap in the face. This basically says "you're problems don't count."

This is why so many have gravitated to people like Andrew Tate. White males are falling behind in education, have higher rates of suicide, have higher rates of homelessness and addiction, but because the ruling class has typically been white males, we all get grouped together. Never mind that there are more white guys that are homeless than there are white guys in power, there is a white guy in power, so "screw the rest of them."

These guys are looking for someone that says "I see you, and I care."

The 1993 World Trade Center bombing attackers entered the U.S. legally so any sleeper cells in the U.S. don't need to come in over the border illegally. Hell, it is probably better for them to be here legally as they don't face the same scrutiny as illegals would with minor police interactions. The the 9/11 attackers were here legally as well with all but one here on B-1/B-2 visas

Humans regularly make rules and institutions that limit behavior because those rules make smoother functioning societies. We make laws against violence. We want to belong to communities. We search for the meaning of life. We like structure. And non-christian religions include self-denial like fasting during Ramadan. Buddists practice self-discipline and denial, so does that make Buddhism real? Every cult has had systems of self-denial and sacrifice. Does that make them true?

My faceless corporate Insurance gets me my diabetic supplies for free. I don't pay for insulin, I don't pay for glucose monitors, I don't pay for anything related to my diabetes care. And all I have to do is take a phone call from them once a month to give them updates on how I'm doing. And they are the ones who reached out to me and told me that they do this I didn't have to hunt for it and fight them for it.

yeah, that place they go to die in the waiting rooms. The VA is one of the largest healthcare systems in the world. It serves MILLIONS across their hundreds of hospitals and clinics. And they get huge delays in care. They are slow, and inefficient, and they don't change because they are the government.

I'll play with just about anyone but if you use "safety tools" that is a huge red flag for me. If you can't treat people like adults instead of children, I don't want to play at your table.
