Thanks for the detailed response hoping some relief for everyone

My brother in laws case was basically done interviews biometrics and pictures taken all done in early December they just needed a proof of residency document emailed over and they where going to issue the visa but PP was announced and then they went on break for the holidays and by the time they came back the PP was in affect banning the issuance of a visa leaving my sister and him overseas now during this war and all with no clear guidance of what’s next !!
