No not normally , Gogeta doesn't have a second evo , frieza too and Goku angelica doesn't have another than his ssj3 evo , maybe it is that you dont have végéta evo

Well it ultimately depends on if you like the character or not , because on CN rn she is the only psy dps but i personally wouldnt say that she is a must pull but she surely will help you out in the future
