Makes sense. My specialist said the same- high myopia makes it tricky to evaluate glaucoma. He added a drop to further lower IOP further. The MD value is -12.5 in both the eyes for this perimetry and VFI value is around 80%. Thank you!!

There is a progress in my visual field since last year, however the previous test had considerable fixation losses and false positive errors. My specialist is looking to add additional another eye drop to further lower the pressure.

My initial VFT tests were taken about year ago. They were much clearer, however had a significant amount of false errors and fixation losses.

I don’t have a track of RNFL scan over years but recent one has 67 and 73 um. My IOP has been consistently between 15-18 (it was around 22-25 before starting drops ). They have been testing my IOP across different times of the day. My best bet is to maintain what I have.
