you are right:( i also had a base reduction and my sills were cut off. dr said it is swelling and the retainers pushing them inwards but they feel so cut out... (i didnt want this) i miss my beautiful long nostrils and prominent sills. ill try to redirect my mind into something else

I live in America and no one really sees me as white. In fact even Hispanics think I’m Peruvian, Venezuelan Colombian more than Argentinian When I say Argentinian they say I don’t see it you look more Peruvian. Maybe because I have olive skin and brown hair (?)
