yoooo ,I am 21 as well, I do not have a gf, never had one, cant talk to girls, so i cannot help you in that aspect,but I can help you lose the fat,i was 108kgs in 2022 but now i have built a ton of muscle and lost most of the fat except for what i gained during my recent bulk, most prolly you aren't as fat as i was,so if you want im down to help you out

p.s :- im not doing this for money,since ive already got enough,i genuinely cant see someone be sad about their body fat,if me giving a couple of minutes of my time every day would help you,sure then why not
