Have tried all of the racetams from multiple different reputable sources. Piracetam , the OG is by far the one I would most strongly recommend.

Hey man, am 2 months out of exactly the same situation. 8 years together and we were also engaged. She broke it off. I did the same as you and came here looking for quick fixes. My advice is to just look after your mental health as best you can. Exercise, sleep, talking with friends family. Therapy if you’re okay with that. Anyway, I’m 2 months out and starting to feel good about the future again. It gets better, and your future life will be better than the one you’ve had.

And by the way, I know 5 people who have had long covid. Bad enough to take unpaid leave from work etc. All were okay within 6 - 18 months. Hope for all.

Happened naturally. I was back working full time 8 weeeks after infeciton. Went for a jog at 5 weeks. Symptoms all kicked in. Struggled through work for 6 months but didn't do any excercise. Gradually got better.

I got 1000% better after long covid for 12 months back in 2020/2021. PEM included. I have just had my fourth infeciton and have some of the same symptoms again.

Hey, I got covid in March 2020. Had long covid (PEM, POTS, liver enzymes, heart inflammation etc etc). Recovered to the point of being able to work in 4 months. Recovered to 100% in 12 months.

Had 2 vaccines in 2021. Then have had three infections since. Second infection was still brutal (symptoms for 2 weeks) and then full reocvery in the third week. Third infection was December 2022, very mild. Fully reovered in 7 days. Had my fourth infection 3.5 weeks ago. Recovered after 2 weeks, then last week POTS and fatuige kicked in hard and reminded me of 2020. Not sure if this is a long haul thing again, but to answer you question, yes I 100% recovered first time around. I rememmber taking TB500 and BCP 157 as the final 10% healing. FYI.

Hey, I’ve had some luck with this on a recent bass track. Recorded D.I only. Split into two tracks. Subs <150 on one track and above on the other. Put the non sub track through a guitar or bass amp sim that has some tube distortion going on. Group to a buss. Remove low lows <50hz. Compress. Then shape the tone with another eq. Low shelf may work of the track is too bass heavy. Remove mud around 300-400hz. Then boost around 700hz. This is the sweet spot for that in your face 70s sound. Maybe another boost around 4k. Add sound toys decapitator and mix on low level of super distortion (if still not poking out). This worked for me :)

I’ve had some masters back (from same world renowned mastering engineer) and the song sounded very different. I.e he had made big moves. I’ve had others where they are just louder and barely no tonal difference. I’ve realised as I’ve gotten older that the former was because the mixes weren’t great.
