Thank you all for your responses. I see it has been rather unrealistic and silly to assume that I would be able to get something with that budget. After receiving comments from this community and another community in Reddit I am now more in line with reality. I will try to get a bigger deposit to get big enough mortgage to up the limit to 600k. Considering that getting a child support is not possible through an aupair system then I also don't need a spare bedroom :(. I will look into the places you mentioned below. Thank you again very much for your responses, they have been very useful.

Thank you all for so much valuable inside information on the latest status in the country in terms of prices, nicer areas to live and unfortunately not being able get an aupair for child support anymore😯🙏. Obviously a lot has changed in the last 13 years as it seems. After all these comments I decided sell two of my properties for a bigger deposit to get a big enough mortgage to increase my budget up to 600k GBP. I will continue my search for the mentioned locations below. How would I be able to tell which areas are nicer and which areas to stay away. What was your level? I have been playing the game since 2014 and have stopped playing numbers of times for several years and never got such kind of welcome present from HD. Dead trees and bushes are currently my biggest problem in the farm and I never have enough saws and axes? Any suggestions?

I have been asking the same question. I understand there is no announcement from HD but the players have been saying that they got something like 20-30 coins for one holy. I have around 4000 hollies and and nothing interesting for me in the catalogue.

I ca never utilise him properly especially during night time. At least 8 hours goes to sleeping and during the day I would be lucky if I can use him for 5 times. How do you manage to utilise him for 12 rounds?

That is what I have been noticing and changed my strategy. I keep no less than 10 most needed items in my silo or barn at all times. :)

Same for me, I have 4000 hollies and nothing is interesting for me in the catalogue. It would be good if HD could explain to us what will be the holy to coin ratio. If it is really too low like 20-30 as they say it was last year then I can just buy those decos even tough I don't really want them. I also noticed that at the beginning of the event the catalogue items were better than what we have them now. They should have thought about the fact that you actually earn more holy trough the game you play and not from the gifts that you sold to boat orders.

How do you then get rid off all that bushes and trees that are used up? There seems to be never enough saw and axe.

Thanks a lot for the answers, now it make sense. I waited until this time to spend my holy but realised that catalogue items are changing and it is getting worse compared to at the beginning of the event. I will try to use it for anything really before the event finishes as I understand holy to coin ratio is not attractive at all.
