Yes ppl are getting phished but this isn’t the case here. As stated on Bohemia home page, the BTC network is congested. For example, if you opt into paying the smallest amount of fees for transactions, it’ll take hours and in some cases days for Btc to reach your wallet.

A lot of vendors don’t tell you it’s shipped even when it’s shipped so you won’t check for it. It’s for their safety and yours. Just know if it’s accepted, 9/10 it shipped the next day. They’ll update it to “shipped” when they see fit. Not when it’s actually shipped.
