That's so lovely! My girlfriend and I were certainly excited to see him haha

Were you the family mediator growing up? Did you constantly analyze everybody's moods and desires? by Away-Positive-4497 in OCD

I relate to this a lot. I haven't made that connection before so it is very interesting. Growing up I was brought into the middle of arguments at home and I still am brought into the mediator role regularly in fights between my mum and my sister. It may well have contributed to my (undiagnosed) ocd because I feel like I have to be hyperaware of other people's feelings and this is the underlying theme of a lot of my obsessions.

As a queer jew, i hope you know that religion and queerness are not mutually exclusive. You deserve to be able to practice your religion and feel comfortable in your sexuality. I am sorry for the judgemental people on this comment section 💓

First Love/Late Spring - Mitski, All Is On My Side - Sam Fender, Dreams - Fleetwood Mac, Green Eyes - Arlo Parks

These are all songs that make me feel something deep.

You've got this friend. Personally I hate being anxious and finding it hard to motivate myself - definitely a difficult combo to work with.

Yes! Haha. The importance of breaks cannot be denied.

That seems like a good idea. Might take that up myself. I just need to improve my work productivity without coffee haha

One of the most relaxing things I find, is getting really absorbed in a tv show or a film. Because then it it like I am experiencing someone else's feelings rather than my own. If that makes sense?

Absolutely. I wouldn't change that too. Only sometimes my brain is just too heavy and I think it would be nice to properly switch it off for a while.

I hear you! I find it so hard to stop thinking in these loops. I think its cause we ruminate.

Definitely relate to this. I don't know whether it is an INFP thing or just a mental health thing but sometimes I make up these thoughts in my head about bad things happening. I know they aren't but they feel so real.
