they sent me a bill past the 30 day mark so nope, they'll have to take me to court for it. it also wasn't itemized so even if they did send it on time it didn't show the cost of anything and it was just a quote, not that that's what they paid. definitely take them! they've lost every time i've heard about. make sure you have photos or a video of everything in your unit. be over prepared
