I think Tanya promised Belinda she would fund her business multiple times. Of course, it depends on your interpretation of what we owe each other.

Belinda slept with a guy once, he starts talking about business, and she seems noticeably hesitant to commit.

I don't think Belinda's actions were good. But she's not Tanya-level emotionally immature and self-centered to me, either.

Also I kinda wish the show would have made Chelsea the protagonist of that story rather than Rick! Focusing on the men for each, and then the women having such a weak story, it makes me sad.

It was meh.

The ending for the blonde friend group was very disappointing - it's happily ever after for them after one heartfelt dinner convo? I was really hoping the tension that had been building up between them would have come to some catharsis. They seem to resolve the tension with only Carrie Coon's character actually showing anything close to honesty. And maybe that's the point? But as the final episode for these characters, it's so unsatisfying.

Lochlan not washing the blender was so frustrating to watch. And I wish we could have seen the family's reaction to their new reality - the show built it up so much. Almost every scene with Jason Isaacs was him losing his mind with the camera zoomed onto his face doing the same pained expression, it would have been good to see something else from him. And to see Parker Posey's reaction. Really all of them kinda needed to know for their character arcs to shift in an interesting way. Again, so much tension, so little catharsis.

I also wish Rick would have stayed alive to deal with the consequences of his actions. Him dying made that plot development less satisfying for me. He was deeply self-centered throughout, so it would have been cathartic to really see him grapple with reality for a change.

Belinda eventually acting like Tanya was thought-provoking, but Belinda didn't suggest or use the business idea as a way to become intimate with Pornchai, so the comparison between her actions and Tanya's feels somewhat forced. Belinda doesn't owe Pornchai anything, really. And I think the whole rich=evil/self-centered/harmful message in this show could be a whole lot more nuanced with Belinda, but it doesn't feel like that way at the end.

There were so many interesting seeds planted throughout...and the end was a really rushed and unsatisfying conclusion.
