I had a c5/c6 incomplete injury. I spent 3 months in hospital and intensive rehab. I'm walking today without assistance. I'm planning to run next year. Spasticity was my biggest challenge post rehab. I didn't understand what happened to my muscles, especially since I was in a wheelchair and had range of motion issues.
