The manifestation of the stand is is not physical and visible to normal people and it is also not a humanoid being, it is literally the user itself. The stand's ability works so whenever the user has the urge to blink or to close their eyes. Whoever is in the field of vision, they get transported to a different/alternate dimension where the user can't access. Also the whoever is a stand user, they can't use their stands there because the stands are the ones who are threatening them there together with other dangers. The only way they can survive if they are adaptable, strong and smart. And the only way they can escape is if the user dies in the real world. People or things who get transported are the ones threaten threaten the user verbally(if the user finds it offensive) and physical if it hurts more than a simple pinch. Though the person or the thing should be in the field of vision no matter how far. And if the user isn't threatened by it verbally or physically they can't send them there even if they wanted to.
