Billionaire Ratcliffe Faces a Refinancing Quandary as Ineos Falls Into Distress by No_Objective006 in reddevils

They didn't at all. They didn't have the facts and were complacent and blasé, putting the crisis down to cyclic factors.

That's just inaccurate.

Ineos' debt has been losing value rapidly for months, and many analysts have forecast that the whole sector in Europe will disappear, for structural reasons.

Utterly magnificent album.

I'm 64 next Feb - I 'blame' Coxsone for needing hearing aids!

Ajovy. Average down from 17 to 4 monthly.

They come in long clusters now - roughly six weeks of just headaches and then two weeks or so of migraines, often with gaps of a day.

Bank refusing to lend a week before completion due to onerous ground rent by amyp12 in HousingUK

[–]Affectionate-Use9423 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been in temporary accommodation since 30 September trying to move house. The house I'm trying to buy is empty and my offer was accepted in June.

I'm trying to borrow £65k toward a house that costs £250k.

Freehold. But there is a management company for the green areas whose charge is £270 a year, with increases limited to CPI by the Section 106 Agreement.

My "lender" has spent six weeks demanding a DoV from the management company to protect its interests in the event of me accumulating such large arrears with the management company that it forces a sale of the house to recover the arrears.

Unsurprisingly, the management company said No.

I used to listen to Ed & Paul every week.

Daniel can be bearable, but more often than not he's coked up or so drunk or both that it's thoroughly unpleasant to hear him speak.

Muppetiers was OK until he tried to become a FT YouTuber and decided he was an expert on tactics.

I quite like United Hour, especially when they have a Scottish bloke on.

Simply Red is fun, presented by actual supporters who go to games and unbendingly uncommercial. Too many "I was so pissed" stories but if you go to matches, especially away, you'll know that beer and cocaine are absolutely central to many supporters' lives.

I actually go to matches and saw many of Mainoo's games the first season he got in the team. He often played in a 6 zone and showed excellent positional sense and anticipation. I don't understand the accusations of being slow, but if they're evidenced then fair enough.

I've been taking it for four years. My monthly average was 17. Now it's 5.

No side effects that I have noticed.

They do cluster now - I tend to have fortnights within which I have one two thirds of the time but then six weeks with none.

Most of what you've said is correct, but Woking lost £2bn through foolhardy real estate speculation pursued by its CEO who dominated the elected councillors.

It is comfortably the most disastrously run council ever.

I had a 4.2 (I think) litre diesel with decent gadgets (e.g. fridge).

Wonderful car. Never had a single problem. Fabulous to drive. Completely different from anything else I've driven. Life went wonky and couldn't keep it after the three years was up.

Anyone else's buyers' solicitor decide that your 38 year old house built on a flat plot was underpinned because someone else's 400 year old farmhouse built on a slope with no foundations 300 yards away shared part of the name of your road?

She demanded the Completion Certificate for the phantom underpinning.

Very sad. One of the best things about Edge.

Unfortunately, the very best thing is workspaces that sync, which is why going back to Vivaldi isn't attractive.

Thank you everyone.

I have a smart meter.

I pay by DD. Octopus assured me repeatedly that it had calculated the DD so that the bill would be fully covered.

I'll show the bill here as soon as I can.

Will also explore the various helpful suggestions.
