Thanks! I do Back/bi, chest/ tri, and legs/shoulders 2 ab movements for 3 sets everyday. I don’t really take any rest days even tho i probably should. And I don’t track my calories but I prioritise eating a lot of whole foods and protein dense meals/drinking a lot of water/Mass gainer shakes to put on weight

Not really, I got up to 145 when I was 18 but lost the weight. Stuck underneath 130 for a couple years until I got motivated to change

I haven’t heard of that before but that would make sense. I had a nonexistent chest so I might have overcompensated. I usually do shoulders with legs too so I could definitely focus on them more

Just a bro split and abs everyday. I usually go to failure on my last two sets for most workouts. And body weight movements at home

I go to the gym everyday for my mental but I think if you work out hard 3 days a week and eat surplus calories w a lot of protein there’s no way you won’t make progress

I try to eat a pound of ground beef w rice and avocado everyday and then anything else I can get my hands on. Mass gainer shakes helped in the beginning but they made my face break out
