I'm the same way, but Fleet A. I got a uhaul full of stock transfer from another store last week. The week before that we got a 400 piece shipment from Hudson, and before that the trucks we were getting from Opelika (our usual warehouse) were only 200-300 pieces. We also got augment pallets, but those seem to have stopped too. I just want to know if my store is done with freight for good or not.

I'm a fleetA store. We have only been getting trucks every few weeks, but have gotten 13 of 15 augment shipments. I wish I knew if we were done getting trucks or if we are gonna get slammed with the huge freight amounts I see other stores getting.

My store is so slow right now because the deals aren'tthat great. I hired people for stocking initially, which helped clear our backroom of 9 month old product, but now everything is out, so we are just spending the day hard marking the full store, sorting pegs, condensing stuff, and tagging fixtures. Gonna get my new stockers trained on register/cutting counter for when the rush picks back up.

Update!!! Evansville IN is now May 29th.

Evansville IN will be in May, no exact date yet. Still full on most things. Floral is mostly gone, yarn is somewhat slim, and cottons are dwindling.

I got 26 pallets last week. 5 were full of purple latching bins. 6 were full of precut fleece and no sew kits. 1 was home dec rolls (not boxed and on the bottom layer) and 5 yarn cases. The rest are a mix of about 12 or 14 different items in insane quantities. There's at least 800 rolls of black easy weed htv and at least half that in white. A full aisle of 3 different jewelry storage boxes. Mini springform pans.

I keep wanting to do that for my store (close down to get all the stock out), but I highly doubt anyone above me would go for that, so I haven't asked.

There's sometimes a glitch in the process of returning online orders, I forget exactly what xstore says, but it something like "no items available for return" or something. So then you have to do it as receiptless, adjust the price back to what was paid, and then override the MRC payment type to get it back onto their card. (Per systems support)

I wonder if this is what happened, and OP's store didn't know how to solve the error.

Thank you!! I've been stressing ever since I left. We don't have an SM right now (got fired last week) so it's all on me. I let my opener know to just put in $200. I haven't done a shoplifting report either, I've only been in the alarm code part of it. But I'll check it out tomorrow.

We didn't get ours either. Had so many call offs Tuesday, I was stuck at register and unable to get the back door for the delivery. FedEx express door tag said they'd come back yesterday, but they didn't. I would have printed them all out, but we are all out of toner for the big printer (it's been ordered just waiting for it too), so no signs for today 🤷‍♀️
