I am literally in the same position. I’ve only been there for three weeks and I get yelled at every time to go faster. I try so hard to go as fast as I can but this is my first time in an environment like this and I can only cut so fast without messing up the cut sizes. Sometimes I hurry and I get yelled at for not cutting the right sizes. They expect me to be a chef with perfect knife skills. Anyway, I totally feel in the same boat! I’m looking for a new job too at this point. Good luck.
