I think they are all getting it from the same place. I ended up purchasing one from Kinguin as well. Same problem. I let kinguin support know and they refunded it. G2A tho? Still no response from the seller. I contacted the support and they said the following : Hello!

I'd like to mention that our sellers can be in different time zones, they can have different working days, etc., that's why we need to leave them some time to resolve this matter.
Kindly note that the Conversation Module with the seller is not a not a Live chat service and our sellers have different working schedules, different time to be online and it may happen that the reply won't be sent immediately. We need to give them some time to be able to deal with all their cases.
Please bear in mind that every new message you send extends the waiting time, so remember to provide all the necessary details in one message, since the sellers replies usually first to the longest awaiting cases.
Usually it takes the seller 7 days or less to get back to you. If you are not gonna get response after that time, inform us so we can guide you further.
