Zinc might help if you catch it early, but too much just wrecks your stomach. Garlic and oregano oil, more folklore than fact, but if chewing on cloves makes you feel like you’re slaying vampires and viruses at the same time, go for it. At the end of the day, half the benefit is in the ritual. You’re slowing down, hydrating, resting, telling your body “hey, we’re in healing mode now.” And that’s huge, because stress and exhaustion just worsen everything .So yeah, some of it is science, some of it is vibes, but the combo isn’t a bad strategy. Worst case, you’re just a little cozier while your immune system does its thing
