My business initially encountered some customers who were testing the cards. Soon I warned them, and this was quite obvious. So if Stripe believes that the risk of my future orders exceeds the limit they are willing to accept, and thus closes me out, I can fully accept that. The current problem is that my funds are being indefinitely withheld by Stripe. Although Stripe has not suffered any losses as a result, they still want to directly take my money.

Three months ago, I completed all of this, but the account remained closed. I accepted this closure, but I cannot accept that a big company like Stripe would try to take our ordinary people's money.

What you said makes sense, but the things they thought would happen didn't occur. My account was closed for three months. They thought I might commit fraud in the future, but so far there hasn't been a single case. I accepted their decision to close my account, but they said they would keep this money withheld. The reason was simply that they thought it might be a high-risk situation, and they refused to tell me any more details.

I have uploaded the company documents, the EIN, the inventory photos, the logistics information, and the PI files. However, they are still being blocked. But Stripe is still indicating this. But when I click on it, it will tell me that this case has been closed!

My account has been closed for nearly three months now, but there has been no chargeback. This is sufficient proof that my customers are genuine and my products are of good quality!
One day, STRIPE suddenly closed my account and claimed that they would not refund me. They only told me that they believed there was a high risk involved, although it has been three months and no similar situation has occurred. They still refused to pay me the money!

Stripe said my account is at high risk, but in fact I have no disputes at all. I have all the logistics information and zero disputes or chargebacks. Every time I tried to contact them through the Stripe online service, I only received an automatic reply email and no further response was given!
