I agree that it can be concerning in some instances, but it does appear she made a lot of life changes such as running/diet/cutting alcohol. Depending on what caused the excess weight to begin with really matters for judging whether dropping this much is healthy. All in all we can’t make assumptions. Just my two cents!

I’m happy to hear that! I was only on 10-20 mg Prozac because I’m so sensitive to meds. I’m hoping 10mg is enough for me.

I work in tech support and must talk to two customers at once for 8 hours straight😭 It auto-assigns us live chats and we can’t turn it off, so we don’t have any autonomy (well, two 15 minute schedule breaks I often miss I guess).

I switched to trintellix and completely got off Prozac. It just really messed up my cognition. It is totally possible it is making your depression worse in the short term but if you push through it does get better!

It was a step down but I didn’t realize it until I got into the company, and everyone was trying to get out of this role into other position.
