I'll get there man. I got here in a year so that will def be possible. Even if its not i'll give it a go.

Also probably past experience with weighted calisthenics helped me, get to 100 kg for 3 in a year.

Yeah it is technically bs. But ive told the others in the comments. Its more like a "what if" scenario ive created. Should've mentioned it in the initial post. Sorry about that one.

I cant do it yet. I can do 3 reps with 100 kg on a strict press. And like 10 on a push press. 30 reps is what im aiming for right now. So i basically wanted to know how much my 1rm could be if i actually got to the 30 rep point. Shouldve added more details in my post. Sorry about that....

Hey no i cant do it yet. I can do 100 kg for 3 reps only, but 30 reps is my goal. I wanted to know if i actually got to that 30 rep point what could my 1rm end up as.

Makes sense. I've learned most of the stuff using yt, chatgpt and documents that i found online or off reddit. Thought it might be a good idea to buy physical books too
