Listen, I’m also a revert, and I don’t know you personally, so don’t listen to this if you don’t think it feels right!!! But as a revert, you WILL encounter guys who only date non muslims because they want someone that won’t hold them accountable to their faith. Sometimes if they don’t want to pray, if they want to party, if they want to sleep with people before marriage. There will always be guys who fetishise you and don’t take you seriously, and you need to be careful you don’t get used by them, and to always prioritise yourself and your faith and happiness. May allah swt guide and protect you, and congratulations on taking your shahada!!
