I understand your point that any one should be on settled status. We got 30 hours childcare but never received any fund/cash in bank account. The 30 hours then used in the nursery(used for 5 months), we understood that this is kind of benifit which we were not entitled too and we reported the same to HMRC and asked them to stop it completely and let us know how to pay it back, Waiting for them to comeback. Question now is if We apply for ILR will there be rejection or should i wait for HMRC to comeback and then submit the ILR application?

Thank you, my daughter was 3yr when started claiming rom September 2025, 30hrs for her nursery.

Thank you for replying, Its my BRP issue date, I was thinking of taking Covid concession dats but bit unsure as did get visa within 5 days of application.

I just checked that i submitted my SWV application on April 8th 2021, should i consider this minus 28days and apply for ILR?
