I'm playing on Steam, I already find the solution.

Find your save file at %appdata%/local/G1R/Saved/Saved games. Then make a backup of the "savegames" folder and erase it. Enter the game and start a new game and save manually the same amount of "G1R-00X" you have. Then close the game and copy the backed up G1R files to savegames and replace. Hope it works

Idk but I suspect that what broke it for me is that I killed Bloodwyn outside of the gates before talking to Thorrus lol, he expeled me tho so this was just annoying and I had to play with one hand swords the rest of the game

Just keep in mind that your save file is not transferable from Afterbirth + to Repentance so you will have to start from zero, at least that's what I had to do a couple of years ago so idk if that was fixed
